These Terms & Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "you") and Lampu4D ("Company", "Platform", "we", "us", "our"), governing your access to and use of the Lampu4D website athttps://lampu4d.cam and all associated services, products, features, and content made available through the platform.

Lampu4D is an online sports betting and live casino platform operating under an internationally recognised gaming licence. The platform offers sports betting, live casino games, slot games, lottery-style games, and related entertainment services to eligible users, including players based in Malaysia.

By accessing the Lampu4D platform, creating a user account, making deposit, placing a bet, or claiming any promotional offer, you unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms in full. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately discontinue your use of the platform.

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

• "Account" means the personal user account registered by you on the Lampu4D platform.
• "Balance" means the total funds held in your Lampu4D account, comprising real-money deposits and any applicable bonus credit.
• "Bonus Funds" means promotional credits awarded by Lampu4D subject to wagering requirements and specific bonus terms.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity verification process required before withdrawal processing or as otherwise requested by Lampu4D.
• "MYR" means Malaysian Ringgit, the primary transactional currency of the Lampu4D platform.
• "Platform" means the Lampu4D website, mobile browser interface, and all associated services accessible at https://lampu4d.cam.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" means any country or territory in which access to or use of the Platform is restricted or prohibited by applicable law.
• "Wager" or "Bet" means any stake placed on a sports event, casino game, lottery, or other eligible market through the Platform.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times bonus funds must be staked before a withdrawal request may be processed.

To register and maintain Lampu4D account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis:

• You are at least 21 years of age. Lampu4D enforces a minimum age of 21 for all casino-style gambling activities.
• You are accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction in which use of the Platform is not prohibited by applicable law.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, or immediate family member of a current employee of Lampu4D or any of its affiliated entities.
• You have not previously had an account terminated by Lampu4D for breach of these Terms.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party.
• You are not suffering from a known gambling addiction or gambling disorder that has not been disclosed to Lampu4D.
• You have not registered an account using false or misleading personal information.

Each individual is permitted to hold onlyone (1) registered account on Lampu4D. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual ("multi-accounting") constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in permanent account suspension and forfeiture of any pending bonuses.

To register an account, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, country of residence, and a valid email address. You are responsible for keeping this information current and accurate at all times.

Lampu4D is required to conduct identity verification in accordance with its licensing obligations and internal anti-money laundering (AML) procedures. KYC verification is mandatory before your first withdrawal is processed and may be requested at any point during your account lifetime at Lampu4D's reasonable discretion.

Acceptable KYC documentation includes, but is not limited to:

• Malaysian Identity Card (MyKad) or Passport — for proof of identity
• Recent utility bill, bank statement, or government-issued correspondence — for proof of address (dated within 3 months)
• Proof of ownership of the payment method used for deposits (e.g., screenshot of e-wallet account or bank account in your name)

Lampu4D reserves the right to suspend withdrawals and place a temporary hold on an account pending completion of KYC. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account restriction.

You are solely responsible for all activity conducted through your account. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify Lampu4D support immediately via live chat or email at [email protected]. Lampu4D will not be liable for losses arising from your failure to maintain account security.

The Platform operates in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). All account balances, wagering activity, bonus amounts, and withdrawals are denominated in MYR. Cryptocurrency deposits are converted to MYR equivalent at the prevailing rate at the time of the transaction.

Minimum deposit and withdrawal thresholds apply and are published on the Platform. These thresholds may be updated from time to time at Lampu4D's discretion. Standard minimum deposit is RM10 and minimum withdrawal is RM50 unless otherwise specified in applicable promotional terms.

Lampu4D targets a withdrawal processing time of under 5 minutes for verified accounts transacting via DuitNow and FPX. Processing times may vary subject to payment provider availability, KYC status, and volume. Withdrawals are subject to satisfactory completion of all applicable wagering requirements.

Lampu4D is committed to preventing money laundering and the financing of illegal activities. We reserve the right to request additional documentation for any withdrawal and to delay or decline transactions where we reasonably suspect improper use of the Platform. Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, wherever technically possible.

All wagers placed on Lampu4D are subject to the specific rules governing the relevant sport, event, or game category. These rules are published within the relevant product section of the Platform. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and the product-specific rules, the product-specific rules shall prevail with respect to that wager.

• All bets are final once confirmed by the Platform. Bets cannot be cancelled or amended after confirmation except in circumstances where the Platform expressly provides a cash-out function.
• Lampu4D reserves the right to void bets placed on events affected by error, technical failure, or market corruption.
• Where an event is abandoned, postponed, or cancelled, bets will be settled in accordance with the applicable sporting rules, which may result in full settlement, partial settlement, or refund at original odds.
• Winings will be credited to your account balance promptly following confirmed settlement of the relevant event or game round.
• Lampu4D does not guarantee the continuous availability of any specific game, market, or betting product. We reserve the right to withdraw any product at any time without notice.

Lampu4D offers various promotional incentives including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, cashback programmes, birthday rewards, and referal bonuses. All promotional offers are subject to the following general conditions in addition to any specific terms communicated at the time of the offer.

All bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement before they may be converted to withdrawable funds. The applicable wagering multiplier for each promotion is stated in the specific promotional terms. Players are advised to review these requirements carefully before opting in to any bonus.

Unless otherwise specified, bonus funds that have not been fully wagered will expire after the stated validity period (typically 7, 14, or 30 days from the date of credit). Expired bonus funds and any associated winings will be forfeited automatically.

While a bonus is active, the maximum permitted single bet is MYR 250 unless a higher limit is expressly stated in the promotion-specific terms. Placing a bet in excess of this threshold while a bonus is active may result in the forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.

Different game categories contribute at different rates toward the wagering requirement. Slot games typically contribute at 100%. Live casino and table games typically contribute at 10–20%. Certain games may be excluded from bonus wagering contribution entirely. Specific contribution rates are published within the relevant promotion terms.

Lampu4D reserves the right to withold or reverse bonuses and associated winnings, and to suspend or terminate accounts, where we have reasonable grounds to believe that a User has engaged in bonus abuse. This includes, without limitation: using arbitrage strategies to guarantee a profit from promotional offers; opening multiple accounts; coluding with other players; exploiting system errors; or any other conduct that we consider to be dishonest or in bad faith.

Lampu4D is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices. We recognise that gambling can become problematic for a minority of individuals and we take our obligation to support these users seriously.

• All players may set voluntarydeposit limits, loss limits, and session time limits from within their account settings.
• Players may request a temporary cooling-off period (24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, or 6 months) or permanent self-exclusion by contacting our support team.
• Self-exclusion requests will be actioned within 24 hours of receipt. During self-exclusion, you will be unable to deposit, bet, or access promotional offers.
• Lampu4D strictly prohibits gambling by persons under the age of 21. Age verification is enforced for all accounts.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the Lampu4D platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referal to relevant authorities:

• Registering an account using false, incomplete, or misleading personal information.
• Opening or operating more than one Lampu4D account simultaneously or sequentially.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial means to interact with the Platform.
• Attempting to access, exploit, or manipulate any technical vulnerability, error, or glitch in the Platform.
• Engaging in any form of match-fixing, insider information usage, or collaboration to guarantee outcomes.
• Money laundering, structuring transactions to avoid reporting thresholds, or using the Platform to facilitate any illegal financial activity.
• Providing false documentation during the KYC process or any other verification request.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction in which gambling services are prohibited.
• Facilitating or encouraging any of the above conduct in other users.

All content on the Lampu4D platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, text, graphics, game interfaces, software, data, and promotional materials — is the proprietary intellectual property of Lampu4D or its licensed partners. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right, title, or licence to use Lampu4D intellectual property except as strictly necessary to use the Platform for its intended purpose.

You may not copy, reproduce, republish, upload, post, transmit, distribute, or create derivative works from any Platform content without Lampu4D's prior written consent. Unauthorised use may constitute infringement and will be pursued accordingly.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Lampu4D, its directors, officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable to you for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill — arising from your use of the Platform.

Lampu4D's total aggregate liability to you in respect of any matter arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount you deposited to your Lampu4D account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Lampu4D makes no warranty that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. We shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from Platform downtime, technical failures, or third-party service provider interruptions.

Lampu4D reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate your account — with or without prior notice — where we reasonably believe that you have breached these Terms, engaged in prohibited conduct, or where continued operation of your account poses a risk to the integrity of the Platform or to other users.

Where an account is terminated for breach, Lampu4D reserves the right to forfeit any remaining bonus balance. Real-money funds will be returned to the verified payment method associated with the account, subject to satisfactory completion of any outstanding KYC requirements and AML review.

You may close your account voluntarily at any time by contacting our support team. Voluntary closure requests will be processed within 5 business days. Any remaining real-money balance will be returned to your verified payment method once all outstanding wagering requirements have been resolved.

Lampu4D reserves the right to modify, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, we will endeavour to provide reasonable notice by publishing an updated version on the Platform with a revised effective date and, where applicable, by notifying registered users via email or platform notification.

Your continued use of the Platform following publication of any revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and contact our support team to initiate account closure.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Lampu4D holds its gaming licence. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through direct negotiation with our support team shall be referred to arbitration in accordance with the rules of the applicable licensing authority.

Before initiating any formal dispute process, you agree to contact Lampu4D support in good faith and allow a reasonable period (not less than 30 days) for the matter to be resolved informally. Lampu4D is committed to fair and transparent dispute resolution.
